Hands-On Class

This cooking class is like taking a little culinary trip to Paris!  You'll learn to make delectable French crepes starting with a savory crepe with a creamy chicken in white wine sauce Crepe au Poulet.  We'll accompany this with a beautiful French Spring Salad with a Classic Vinaigrette.  But crepes don't just come in savory, you'll love a classic sweet (and showy)  buttery citrus-sauced Crepe Suzette for dessert! And how do you wrap up this fantastic evening? A French Cheese Course is just the way.  Ooh la la!
This class is gluten free. 

NOTE: Please be advised all recipes are free of gluten, and cross contamination during preparation is top of mind, however Olive Tree kitchen is a shared space where gluten containing ingredients are utilized.

While we understand things come up, our instructors are counting on and have prepared food for you. If you cancel prior to seven days (7) before class, we are happy to offer you a credit for another class. If you cancel less than seven days (7), there will be no credit given.
